Euro 2024: Germany’s call-up list without Hummels but with the presence of Thomas Müller

This Thursday, May 16, 2024, German coach Julian Nagelsmann communicated the list of 27 players who will take part in the 17th edition of the European Cup. Several missing marks were noted.

Borussia Dortmund defender Matts Hummels is notably absent from this list alongside Léon Goretzka. Serge Gnabry is conspicuous by his absence following his injury in the semi-final of the Champions League. Timo Werner, Brandt and Süle are also conspicuous by their absence but the young Florian Witz is indeed called up.

Defenders: Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich), Benjamin Henrichs (RB Leipzig), Jonathan Tah (Bayer Leverkusen), Robin Koch (Eintracht Francfort), Antonio Rüdiger (Real Madrid), Waldemar Anton (Stuttgart), David Raum (RB Leipzig), Maximilian Mittelstädt (Stuttgart), Nico Schlotterbeck (Borussia Dortmund).
