Haitian Shella Joseph is appointed International Commissioner by Concacaf.
The Haitian Football Federation in a note published on its Facebook page welcomed the appointment of Shella Joseph as International Commissioner of Concacaf. Its mission will be to represent the regional body in the organization of several football competitions.
“The Haitian Football Federation congratulates Mrs. Shella Joseph who has just been appointed by Concacaf as “INTERNATIONAL COMMISSIONER””, wrote the Haitian Football Federation which congratulated her for this new position.
According to FHFthis status will allow Mrs. Shella Joseph to be able to represent the regional football body in the organization of matches in international competitions of clubs or nations.
Remember that Shella Joseph is a member of the executive board of Real Hope du Cap, a Capois club playing in the first division of the Haitian football championship suspended since 2020.
