The Minister of Justice and Public Security, Me Carlos Hercule announced that Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin is now the new CG of Port-au-Prince.

Mr. Bourgoin, who held this position in 2016, replaced Mr. Jean Edler Guillaume, who was promoted to Deputy Commissioner at the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince, the Minister of Justice stated in his publication.

It should be noted that Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin held the position of Director General of the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) in 2016. He was the head of the public prosecutor’s office of the city of Jacmel from 1999 to 2003, and also former Director of the School of Magistrates in 2008, then Director of the judicial inspection at the Superior Council of the Judicial Police (CSPJ).
