His visit, which aims to gather information on the current situation of the country’s historical and cultural heritage, comes several weeks after the disappearance or the theft of cannons on the site in order to discuss with those responsible for better information. on the steps taken by the central State to guarantee the security of the building.

In an interview with the Northern press, the President of INHOPP said he was concerned about what happened at the Citadelle Henry Christophe.

Passing through the North, the Presidential Advisor, on behalf of the Haitian Institute of Public Policy Observatory, said he spoke with the heads of different organizations authorized to intervene at the Citadel.

The objective was to mobilize various executives and professionals working in northern civil society with the idea of ​​seeing what they can achieve together for the benefit of the institution before the arrival of the authorities concerned.

It was also an opportunity for the leader of INHOPP to visit the Royal Chapel of Milot, ravaged by fire for about a year. Fritz Alphonse Jean said he noted with regret the damage caused by the disaster.
