It is not written anywhere in the Haitian Constitution that a Prime Minister has the right to summon the people “in their elections”. More than ever, it is time to rectify this human stupidity and demonstrate that “Gen Moun Toujou Ayiti” and that André Michel and Edmonde Beauzile must let the Republic breathe after having made their money for more than 30 months.

Sunday March 10, 2024 ((rezonodwes.com))– Against a backdrop of extreme crisis in Haiti, former minister Olicier Pieriche urges the president of the Superior Council of the Judicial Power (CSPJ) and president of the Court of Cassation, Jean Joseph Lebrun to demonstrate patriotism for the good of the nation.

Pieriche requests that the Court of Cassation be convened urgently to allow the swearing in of the new provisional President of the Republic, who must be chosen from among the most senior magistrates of this institution.

According to Mr. Pieriche, president of the REBUILD HAITI party, this measure aims to stabilize the political situation and ensure the continuity of the State in an extremely difficult period for the country.

Note to Judge Lebrun

Honorable President LEBRUN

Render the Haitian nation the great patriotic service, convene the Court of Cassation urgently in order to receive the swearing-in of the New Provisional President of the Republic from the most senior judge at the Court of Cassation.
