Spain made football history by becoming the first nation to win a fourth European Championship title. On Sunday in Berlin, La Roja beat England in the Euro 2024 final by a score of 2-1. Nico Williams opened the scoring in the 47th minute, before England equalised in the 74th minute through Cole Palmer.
The thrilling final came in the 86th minute when Mikel Oyarzabal scored the winning goal for Spain. The victory added to previous titles won in 1964, 2008 and 2012, cementing Spain’s place at the pinnacle of European football.
