This afternoon, a source confirmed for Loop that the new Haitian Prime Minister Garry Conille had arrived in the country. However, more than an hour later, new information came to qualify the news, specifying that the PM is arriving shortly.

The Prime Minister of the transition newly chosen by a majority of the members of the Presidential Council, Garry Conille, has just landed in Port-au-Prince this Friday, May 31, 2024.
According to a source contacted by Loop, the country’s new head of government wants to quickly sit down with the Presidential Council with a view to forming the transitional ministerial cabinet.
Remember that after his choice by the Presidential Council as the country’s new Prime Minister, Garry Conille promised that he would work with everyone to offer a better tomorrow to Haitians.
