To omit good is to commit evil; however, in the present circumstances, it is a criminal offense to knowingly misrepresent any article of the Constitution in order to deceive for personal gain. This is aggravated by its publication in the official journal, dated April 12, 2024. Masterstroke or low blow?

The Biden administration is embarrassed and heads will finally roll at the US State Department. Neither Brian Nichols, nor Karine Jean-Pierre (confirmed promotion as of April 9, 2024), nor Ambassador Dennis Hankins have taken the necessary measures to revise/correct this evil BIDEN-CARICOM work, fortunately ending in disaster.

This necessarily leads to:

the invalidity of the defective act (the decree “made at the National Palace”, although it is without a president, unless Josué Pierre-Louis was invested secretly); the cancellation of the ruse-tainted agreement (concocted by CARICOM leadership on March 12, 2024); the refutation of any claim to the existence of a presidential college wishing 7 times in smoke; the late recourse to Article 149 of the Constitution (against which any attempt at amendment had failed due to a lack of “compliance”); the colossal and spectacular failure of all the “stakeholders” (engaged in these secret negotiations since the beginning of February 2024, in concert with the embassies involved); the incompetence ratione loci of the National Palace in matters of administrative jurisdiction (deliberate boycott or proven incompetence: in both cases, the harm is infinite for investors passionate about this disorder or this multinational state scandal). Finally, who is behind this subtle and unusual message: “Made at the National Palace”?
