The disruptions caused by insecurity in Haiti, particularly in the metropolitan area, affect many children and families. In a context of human rights violations and emergency; FAMILIES, DISPLACED PEOPLE are subject to material and human loss. We can therefore expect an increase in the number of children separated from their families.
THE HAITI FACTOR, April 22, 2024.-To protect children, the organization Jeunesse Combattante maintains that arrangements aimed at strengthening the capacities of FAMILIES, but above all, to establish the security of Haitians must be taken for adequate protection. But, at this moment, we can only count on each other’s solidarity.
Thus, JECO therefore encourages FAMILIES to ensure the protection of children during this period of crisis in SOLIDARITY by encouraging the involvement of everyone.
