Regarding the formation of the government that he is responsible for setting up in concert with the presidential council, he informed that “women, men and young experienced professionals must lend a helping hand to face the challenges of the insecurity, poverty, corruption and other problems facing the country. »
Mr. Conille, who also underlined the importance of the participation of the Haitian diaspora, which plays a key role in the country’s economy, highlighted the fact that for the first time in several generations, opposing political groups are are agreed to support an independent personality in the interest of the country.
He also made a commitment to work with the Presidential Council, to do everything in their power to succeed in this transition and to ensure that our institutions are in place within the deadlines set out in the April 3 agreement.
