On Saturday April 13, during the 32nd day of Ligue 2, SC Bastia visited FC Girondins de Bordeaux. The team where Johny Placide plays managed to score three points in a match rich in goals by winning 3 to 2.

The Haitian goalkeeper’s teammates took charge of this meeting, since they found the opening score in the first minute through their captain, Christophe Vincent.

Before the end of the first round, Vincent doubled the lead in the 28th. And Michouel Alfarela, in the 32nd minute, gave the blue and whites the lead (3-0).

Despite this fiery start, the home side tried to react at the end of the first period by reducing the gap through Zuriko Davitashvili (44′).

Until, very early in the second act, Jérémy Livolant (46′), tried to put pressure on the Haitian international’s team (3-2). A situation that could not change until the last minute.

This crucial victory in the race to maintain allows Placide and his teammates to take 14th place in the championship with 40 points, or 5 points ahead of the red zone.
