Dynamo Zagreb were crowned Croatian league champions following their resounding victory today, beating NK Osijek 1-0. This victory marks a historic moment for the club from the Croatian capital, winning their 25th title in the Croatian first division, in addition to their 4 Yugoslav championship titles, thus cementing their place in the history of European football.

This season, Dynamo Zagreb have been a dominant force on the pitch, posting impressive statistics. Out of the 34 matches played so far, the team has recorded 24 wins, 6 draws and only 4 losses. Their fearsome attack scored 61 goals, while their strong defense conceded just 25 goals, positioning them as the second best attack and second best defense in the league respectively.
