The Montana Agreement Monitoring Office (BSA) denounces the actions of a coalition of four sectors within the Presidential Council, conspiring, according to it, against the population during the night of Monday to Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
The four sectors, including the January 30 Collective, EDE/RED/Konpwomi Istorik (coalition of right and far-right political interests), Pitit Desalin (far left) and the December 21 Agreement (Kale’s head is a mess right and left), decided to violate the political agreements of April 3, as well as all the draft decrees concerning the creation, organization and functioning of the Council, by appointing a coordinator, a Prime Minister and all governments, without respecting the mechanisms previously agreed participatory arrangements.
This coalition, denounces BSA, is engaging in an unethical policy, openly betraying their public commitments in the April 3 agreement. Corrupt political and economic forces have decided to take control of the Presidential Council and the government to maintain their hold on the State, with the aim of preserving their privileges and advantages in traditional political and economic affairs, thus perpetuating the current crisis .
The BSA, by inviting deviant actors to retract and committing to making decisions in the interest of the country, guarantees the population that it will not serve mafia projects that have corrupted the economic and political sectors of the country . The BSA remains determined to find a consensual solution to the crisis, but will not tolerate any act of banditry. Political intelligence, organization, resistance and mobilization are the lights that will guide the people’s path to victory.

The Montana Agreement Follow-up Office (BSA) denounces the malice of a 4-sector coalition within the Presidential Council against the population in the middle of the night from Monday to Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
These 4 sectors: Collective January 30, EDE/RED/Historical Compromise, Sons of Desalin and the Agreement of December 21 decided to violate the Political Agreement signed on April 3 and all the draft decrees on the creation, organization and operation of the Council, when an appointee alone they, without seeking consensus which is the first step that must be taken, without accepting the principle of voting, therefore without elections, they appointed a coordinator of the Council, a Prime Minister and all the governments, without respecting the participatory mechanism they signed.
The coalition of these 4 sectors have registered themselves in the same march of violation of the agreement that continues to make unethical politics, in betrayal of the commitments made publicly in the April 3 Agreement. The political and economic mafia forces have decided to take control of the Presidential Council and the government so that they can continue to control the state that squeezes the source, all with the aim of discrediting the power of the transition and turning it into a sharing of cakes and privileges in political and economic clan profits traditional that drags the country to the diamond it is today.
