“Zòn Pa Fè Moun Football Club”, a football team made up of street children created by Brother Luckson thanks to his foundation.
Luckson Jean better known under the pseudonym “Brother Luckson” launched a football team last Saturday called « No Man’s Zone Football Club » for the benefit of the homeless, particularly street children from his foundation which he directs. The objective of this project is to allow these children to practice this sporting discipline so appreciated in the Haitian environment.
Indeed, to better support these children, Luckson Jean emphasizes that the foundation chose players with a minimum of experience. to lead this football team to success. “They are already experienced. Among them, some have already played for the selection. This is not a joke. He’s the right man in the right place”did he declare.
Luckson Jean believes that the streets of Port-au-Prince and provincial towns are full of many talented children who can play football. For him, if the authorities decided to draw on these talents, Haiti would be more present when participating in a World Cup.
Furthermore, the football team has already completed two training sessions since its launch. The idea is very appreciated by Internet users who did not miss the opportunity to congratulate Luckson Jean for his commitment to street children.
Who is Luckson Jean known as “Frè Luckson”?
Born in Cité Soleil, Luckson Jean marked the year 2023 for having decided to dedicate his life to serving the most deprived. Married and father of five children, he created a foundation called “No Man’s Zone” which aims to take care of street children.
On social networks, he has continued to show the different activities that his foundation is carrying out for the benefit of around fifty children who go to school, learn to play instruments and play sports. Its main objective is to enable these disadvantaged children to have a new life, set new goals for them and live with dignity.
For his work, Luckson Jean, guided by his Christian faith, is considered a benefactor and much loved by Internet users. He has often attracted public attention for the cause of disadvantaged children.
This positive influence relayed by social media made him decide to launch a major fundraiser with the aim of enabling him to purchase a brand new space that could accommodate more children and effectively meet their daily needs.
