The Prime Minister of the Republic of Haiti has launched an appeal to all its former contract workers to immediately return the materials and equipment made available to them during their contract, including vehicles. This request is based on articles 12 and 18 of the employment contract.
Former contract workers have 48 hours to comply with this requirement. The Prime Minister’s Office has clearly indicated that it will use all necessary legal means to recover these assets in the event of non-cooperation.
This initiative aims to ensure the rigorous management of state resources and prevent any misuse of public property.
