Twenty-four (24) hours later, thanks to the diligence of the technicians, they been restored. And this, one hundred percent, reassures Digicel in a note dated Sunday April 28, 2024.
According to the document, the cuts suffered by the company on its fiber optic infrastructure were due to armed clashes taking place in Drouillard on National Road #1.
Apologizing to its customers for the inconvenience that this outage may have caused, the red company announces that it is working to assess its impact on customers. “Compensation measures will soon be announced,” reassures Digicel.
