After having done so in the North of the country, notably in Cap-Haitien, Jean Charles Moïse relaunched the mobilization in the West against Prime Minister Ariel Henry. During a press conference at Delmas 47, the Secretary General of the “Pitit Desalin” Platform plans to organize a demonstration on Sunday February 4, 2024 to continue to demand the resignation of the Head of Government.

THE HAITI FACTOR, February 2, 2024._As the historic date of February 7, 2024 approaches, several parties including “Pitit Desalin” and other socio-political groups are pushing for the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry.

These structures opt for the departure of the tenant of the Prime Minister because of his bad governance at the head of the country characterized by insecurity, high cost of living, corruption and impunity, among other things after 31 months at the helm of the country.

In an attempt to stop the Head of Government in his excesses, the leader of the “Pitit Desalin” Platform, Jean Charles Moïse is mobilizing the population to return to the streets on Sunday February 4, 2024 to demand his departure.

By relaunching this Friday, the anti-government mobilization in Delmas 47, the leader of the Haitian opposition calls on the demonstrators to intensify the movement and to be very “acidic” in their strategies in order to disturb Ariel Henry’s sleep.

Thus, Jean Charles Moïse asks his supporters and sympathizers not to return to the streets empty-handed to protect themselves against any attack against them from elsewhere. Through street movements, the former presidential candidate of Haiti encourages the population to set up barricades in front of the residences of Government Ministers.

The owners of commercial banks in the country should not be exempt from this citizen initiative, because, in the opinion of Jean Charles Moïse, they are the main responsible for the fate of the country.

During this media outing, the former Mayor of Milot said he spoke with all the other political actors in the opposition in order to propose a common alternative to the country after the departure of Ariel Henry from his post as Prime Minister.

At the end of this press conference, the former Parliamentarian maintains his call for violence launched against the Haitian people.

« It is up to Ariel Henry to decide the fate of the country from February 7. And in the event that he camps under his position, the population is free to vandalize everything they find in their path.said the Political Leader who said he was banking on the support of China and Russia for post-Ariel Henry reconstruction.
