The Heritage Observatory (OBPA) is launching this Wednesday, May 8, 2024, an activity that will bring reading, knowledge and all the prerogatives of culture to the most trivial streets of the metropolitan area. Through this activity, part of the PBF-Peace Infrastructure Project, this organization aims to be a voice for the Heritage and Culture of Haiti in the construction of peace and respect for human rights.

Observatoire Patrimoine, working to promote Heritage in particular, reading and culture in general, candidly walks through the streets of Delmas this week, to bathe parents, children, local residents and all interested in the ocean of these cultural vestiges that give us soul.

Indeed, the structure, headed by a team of young heritage professionals, is fully committed to the bet that children, young and old will be conscious guardians of our heritage, material or immaterial. It is in this vein that she will be staying this week in Delmas and its surroundings, in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Communication (MCC), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). ), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) under the coordination of the Tamise association, concrete events such as conferences, talks, shows around traditional Haitian songs, documentary screenings and debates to update the question of heritage and culture in the Haitian soul, while contributing to the promotion of peace and respect for human rights.

OBPA is not idle, it puts everything in motion to shine the Torch of culture, literature and knowledge above all the mountains of Haiti and the world. May Haiti revive!
