Two new Departmental Directors have been installed at the head of West-1 and 2 of the Haitian National Police.
This Saturday, June 29, 2024, on the instructions of the new Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police Rameau Normil, Inspector General Péyo Smith proceeded to the installation of the new Departmental Director of West-1, Divisional Commissioner Julbert Conseillant.
Mr. Conseillant replaces Divisional Commissioner Cantave Yvon in this position, who himself is transferred to the Office of the Acting Director General of the PNH, informed the police institution through a note.
Still on the instructions of the acting DG of the PNH Rameau Normil, Inspector General Péyo Smith also proceeded, this Saturday, June 29, 2024, to the installation of the new Departmental Director of West-2, Divisional Commissioner Xavier Séide, who replaces in this position the Principal Commissioner Roger Lamartinière who is also transferred to the Office of the acting DG of the PNH.
The police institution underlines that these two installation ceremonies, which took place in the presence of police officers of all ranks and ranks, are part of the change of command under the leadership of the new Acting Director General of the PNHMr. Rameau Normil.
