The MENFP announces the availability of final transcripts and highlights the importance of digitizing school data

The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) informs educational agents that the format for final transcripts is ready. In a press release made public by its communications office, the MENFP specifies that these statements cover all the subjects necessary for the first and second basic cycles, as well as for the third basic cycle and the secondary level.

This initiative is part of the implementation of the Ministerial Order aimed at standardizing transcripts in primary and secondary schools, in accordance with the Ministry’s previous announcement published on March 15, 2024.

The MENFP presents three models of transcripts and reminds school principals of their responsibility to record students’ final grades online, on the Ministry’s platform, at the end of the school year.

Furthermore, the Ministry underlines the importance of the four new compulsory subjects introduced this year at the basic school level and decides to award all students a mark equal to 50% in these subjects for this first year of implementation. artwork.

The MENFP is also committed to promoting the digitization of school data across the country, with already more than 2,007,877 students registered on its online platform, as well as 17,817 schools and 80,273 teachers participating. Each student is assigned a unique school identification number to ensure the traceability of their educational journey.

It should be noted that the final transcripts offered by the MENFP do not replace the school report cards given by school principals at the end of the year. They serve as complementary tools intended to meet the needs of parents in the event of a change of school or for other necessities, guaranteeing the security and integrity of student data.
