The resigning Government published this Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in the Journal “Le Moniteur”, the decree appointing the 9 members of the Presidential Council. According to the document in circulation, the order is signed by Prime Minister Ariel Henry and all his Ministers.
THE HAITI FACTOR, April 16, 2024._ Five (5) days after the publication last Friday, April 12, of the decree establishing, organization and functioning of the Presidential Transition Council, the resigning Government did the same this Tuesday, April 16, for the decree appointing the 9 members.
At least that’s what we can read in the document signed by Prime Minister Ariel Henry and the other members of the resigning Government.
These include, among others, citizens as members of the Presidential Transitional Council with the right to vote:

It was specified that the members of the Transitional Presidential Council as Observers and without the right to vote are the following personalities:
1-Regine ABRAHAM;
2-Frinel JOSEPH
Thus, an amplification of this Order will be given to each interested party, it can be read.
