The national under-17 team failed to secure the qualifying ticket for the World Cup in this category. On the other hand, one player stood out throughout the competition. Loudjina Étienne She shone brightly and finished as the best player of the tournament.
The last phase of the qualifiers for the U17 World Cup and also the CONCACAF championship in said category saw the participation of our young Grenadières. Haiti missed the qualification, but a nugget stood out to the public.
Loudjina Étienne was the standard bearer of this team. She scored eight (8) goals out of the nine (9) scored by the selection. As a result, she also finished as co-top scorer of the tournament (8 goals in 5 matches) with the American Kennedy Fuller (8 goals in 4 matches).
