The premises of the newspaper Le Nouvelliste were vandalized by unidentified individuals on rue du Center
Through a note the management of the newspaper The Nouvelliste informed that for several days, unidentified individuals have vandalized the premises of the daily located on rue du Center, in Port-au-Prince.
During this act, these individuals took away the furniture and raw materials necessary for printing the newspaper, informs the daily newspaper of more than 125 years of existence.
“Faced with this horrible misdeed, with serious consequences, the management of Le Nouvelliste can only rely on the justice and police authorities whose role is to protect the lives and property of citizens” specifies the note.
In this sense, Le Nouvelliste informs that it will continue to provide information from its digital version, while thanking its journalists, staff and readers for their solidarity in these difficult times.
